Wolf + Water is overseen by a board of Trustees who meet regularly and are responsible for oversight of the operational and financial aspects of the company. Trustees give their time voluntarily and bring valuable skills and expertise to the company.

Jon Munsey

I have worked in the field of adult mental health since 1975, when I began my training in psychiatric nursing. On qualifying, I soon became interested in moving away from the hospital setting to working for community mental health teams. There I discovered a passion for the application of the creative arts in therapy. In 1985 I encountered a workshop co-run by Ken Sprague, Susie Coombes and Peter Haworth on psychodrama. This led to me eventually training and qualifying as a Psychodrama Psychotherapist in 1993. In addition to being a Community Mental Health Team Manager, I was also a member of North Devon’s psychotherapy service for the Devon Partnership Trust. I retired from the NHS in 2008 from the post of Clinical Lead Specialist. Since then, I have run a small private psychotherapy practice, including a psychodrama group. This psychodrama group is open to new members. In 2015, I was approached by the late, and great Peter Harris to join the Wolf and Water’s board of trustees. To my surprise, after attending only two meetings I was invited to be chair – a role I enjoy and feel challenged by.

I am a happily married man about to celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary.  We are also fortunate enough to have one delightful daughter.

I’ve been a long-standing fan of Wolf + Water and am very happy that Clare, Helen and Jules have continued to build on Pete Harris’s excellent work.

Di Murray

I have worked in Community Arts and Community Development throughout my career in both the Statutory and Voluntary sectors.

My work focusses on Inclusion, offering Disadvantaged and Marginalised Children, Young People and Adults to access visual arts, creative writing, theatre and film making and enabling Children and Young People to access Inclusive Play possibilities and playful environments.

I work throughout the UK and overseas with organisations seeking to offer opportunity to those who experience Discrimination.

I love a challenge and always aim to bring about a change of attitude and to offer opportunities within Communities to embrace positive change and to uphold People’s Rights.

I am privileged in having a son, a daughter-in law and three young granddaughters, I adore them all and they are central to my life and my well-being!

Chris has worked alongside adults with learning disabilities since 1982. He helped set up Silver Enterprise Theatre Company which later became Many Directions and has enjoyed assisting Wolf and Water long into the past with groups and productions. In recent years this support has been on a voluntary basis both for Many Directions dance and drama activities and as a trustee on the board of Wolf and Water.
