offending behaviour groups
Wolf + Water works with groups across the Criminal Justice System, in prisons, the Special Hospital Services, Probation, Youth Offending Teams, as well as independant initiatives & Mediation Services.
The basis of the work is to use drama & arts techniques to develop prosocial skills amongst offenders & to explore & challenge the attitudes that lead to offending behaviour. This process works with offenders to help them understand their own patterns of behaviour & beliefs, & to explore the consequences of their behaviour for their victims, wider society, & ultimately for themselves.
Wolf + Water also undertake purely creative work with offenders, designed to develop communication & team work, & generate a sense of self esteem through having a shared goal & the opportunity for a sense of achievement.
Wolf + Water can work with all catagories of offenders, including juvenilles & young offenders, offenders with mental health problems or learning difficulties, & sex offenders.
