Twice a year children in treatment from the Royal Devon & Exeter & Plymouth Derriford Hospitals, along with siblings & other family members make the journey to remote North Devon for a wild weekend of creativity & adventure provided by Wolf + Water.
Semat forum theatre training - Jakarka & Bogor, Indonesia - January 2006
Semat is a youth theatre company based in Jakarta who, supported by search for common ground, came together to work on issues of communal and inter-communal conflict. We were asked to provide training in developing and devising theatre intervention work to empower semat to work within their own communities in developing peace building activities.

A welcome return to this bunch of twenty 8 – 15 year olds with learning difficulties to combine them with a great group of twenty 9 year olds to create a huge outdoor multi media public performance on the theme of bravery involving giant puppets, dragons & …biscuits.

Prigorodny schools project - Nalchik, Kabardino Balkaria - August-Nov 2005
Initially this project spent time with the cpcd (Centre for Peacebuilding and Community Development) counsellors who were delivering psycho social programmes for young people in 3 schools in north ossetia. The region has seen tensions for a long while, many predating the ingush ossetian conflicts of the early 90s, but especially so in the post beslan context.
The International Peace Summer School – Lillehammer, Norway - 2000.
This three week project brought together people involved or living in conflict zones throughout the world, principally the Balkans, Middle East & Northern Ireland & also from Norway, to meet together, explain & debate their conflicts & look at ways of sharing experiences, good practice & potential solutions. Wolf & Water ran a four day programme around group identities & histories & their roles in conflict.

Pre-release Drugs Project
(HMP Channings Wood, Devon, 1999)
A drama based residency with inmates on the prisons therapeutic community that explored the issues & pressures that would be facing participants in steering clear of illegal drugs on their release. The project looked at the personal pressure that inmates would face from family, peers & their ability to face problems & deal with difficult feelings.
